Founded by Balraj Singh Dhillon and Garima Dhillon the Raktpurak Charitable Foundation operates with pure soul motto in arranging blood units for the patients in urgent need.The vital element in a living being which accounts for continuous oxygen supply to the body parts and keeps life flowing is Blood. Shortage of it causes multifold malfunctions in body which often leads to severe complications and can turn out to be fatal. Keeping in mind multiple problems faced by the patients and their attendants in case of acute blood shortage Raktpurak Charitable Foundation came to rescue and started providing blood donors to the patients in need .
The Foundation provides pick and drop service to donors if they have issues in travelling just for timely disposal of issues related to shortage of blood. Till date the foundation has helped more then 10,000 + patients across India free of charge. It is a small effort made for country and humanity at large to see smiling faces all around. The guiding force and word for incessant approach to help the needy is "SEWA". With this zeal the foundation also makes sure that they arrange for cloths and food for the needy and poor by running "Roti Bank" and "Kapda Bank".
